Serving the families of this area, McCammon-Ammons offered experience and care. Funeral directors must adhere to strict codes of ethics in the conduct of their operations. They must obey the laws of the various states under which they operate. They must respect all creeds, religions and customs of those they serve. They must adhere to the highest standards of moral responsibility, character and business integrity in maintaining the goodwill of the families they serve, and the respect of the communities in which they live and perform their duties. McCammon-Ammons lived up to this with a sparkling reputation.
The first colonial front was added in the 1960's. Other additions followed to the present day. Combining traditional by retaining the beautiful old building and taking care to make the additions look as though they were part of the building was satisfying. The overall building was enlarged and new chapels added. Each chapel is equipped fully with sound systems.
Every care was taken to meet the needs of people who may have handicaps. An elevator was installed to carry people to the second floor where the casket display room is and where arrangement rooms provide complete privacy to families as they discuss plans and make decisions following the death of a loved one.
Dormitory space was also provided on the second floor for employees, enabling the firm to always have someone available when there is a need for the services of McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Inc..
