Ada E. Norton

Ada Knight Norton - age 83 of Maryville, died Sunday, January 4, 2004 at Asbury Acres Health Care Center. Mrs. Norton was a member of Logans Chapel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Norton. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Bill Sr. and Phyllis Norton; daughter, Hazel L. Davenport; grandchildren, Jan, Linda, Daniel, Jeff and Bill Jr.; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great- great-grandchildren; brother, Walton Knight; sisters-in-law, Hattie Norton and Georgene Norton. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Logans Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Ann P. Robins and Rev. Charles Bryan officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 to 2 P.M. at the church or friends may call at their convenience at the funeral home. The family would like to extend special appreciation to the staff of Asbury Acres Health Care Center for their care and support.
