Bert L. Ray - age 67 of Maryville Passed away Friday, August 23, 2002 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rome George and Lena L. Steel Ray; brothers, George Edward Ray and James Creed Ray; sister, Mildred Armstrong. Survivors include his wife, Jessie Ray; sister, Kate Kirkland, of Loudon; children, Tina, Mike, Lisa, Donna; step-children, Connie, Darryl, Joe, Kim, Karen, and Robbin; special friend, Virgil Dillard Gribble, of Maryville The body was cremated and no services are planned at this time.
