Charlie Lewis

Charlie Lewis, age 75 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and member of the American Legion Post #13. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Kathryn E. Hughes Lewis; sisters, Fannie Neely, Della Cagle, Annie M. Lewis; brothers, Bill Lewis, Dave Lewis, James Lewis, Fred Lewis. Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Nadine Lewis of Maryville; nephew, Bobby Lewis and wife Kathy of Maryville; niece, Cathy Ule of Cape Coral, FL; several great nieces and great nephews. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Clark's Grove Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Ron Sunderland officiating.
