Claiborne Lee Pittman

Claiborne Lee Pittman- age 94 of Maryville, beloved husband and father, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014, at Asbury Place of Maryville. He was a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church, past president of Kiwanis, Toast Master, and was retired from ALCOA with 34 years of service having lived in Australia, Pittsburgh, and Texas. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the US Army Signal Corp. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Ola Blanche Claiborne Pittman; brother, James Pittman; sister, Julia Stowell. Survivors include his wife, Patricia Pittman; daughter, Lise Claiborne of New Zealand; son, Jim Pittman of Maryville; numerous cousins.
