Cynthia Best Hembree

Cynthia Best Hembree has returned home to her Maker. Born on March 12, 1944 and bound for glory May 22, 2017. She will be joining her beloved son, Robert Lee Phelps and her parents. She loved others and was loved by others as well. In the end her heart couldn't give any more. She leaves behind countless friends, cousins, grandkids and even great grandkids. She also leaves behind her daughter-in-law, Rose; her daughter, Vicki; a special cousin, Pat Bales; and life long friend, Geraldine Keller. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Long officiating. The interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, consider doing a good deed for someone and encouraging them to pay it forward. Flowers die but good deeds thrive and prosper. And this world could use good deeds now.
