Della Adra Prows

Della Adra Prows, age 99 of Friendsville, passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Prows; son, John Prows, Jr.; grandson, PFC Earl Ray Dishman. Survivors include her daughters, Mildred Dishman Evans of Athens, TN, Vivian Sibbitt and husband Carl of Lenoir City, Barbara Maple and husband Charles of Kokomo, IN, and Alice Ross and husband Jim of Friendsville; 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; 12 great great grandchildren; 15 step grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Toby Downey and Rev. Wayne Trentham officiating. Family and friends will meet at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Salem Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
