Edward Angus Morehead

MOREHEAD, (Edward) Angus, born 1923, died May 9, 2008. He was employed as a mechanical engineer at Eastman Kodak in Kingsport, TN for over 25 years. He was preceded in deaths by wives, Virginia Harris Morehead and Doris Whitmore Morehead. Survivors include his children, Muffet Morehead, Sweetwater, TN, Dr. Dawn Morehead, Wake Forest, NC, Dr. Lance Morehead and wife Mary, Alcoa, TN; grandchildren, Morgan Hodson and husband Chad, Maryville, TN and Mason Morehead and wife Ryan, Spartanburg, SC; great granddaughter, Darcy Hodson. The family would like to acknowledge the care given by Morningview Assisted Living, Shannondale Nursing Home, Dr. Kim Cline, and especially would like to thank Dr. Michael Sherrod for his help in Angus’ declining years. A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 11, at 2:00 p.m. at the W. R. Allen Hall at Broadway United Methodist Church in Maryville, TN with Rev. Dan Moore officiating.
