Evelyn King Mcmillan

MCMILLAN, Evelyn King, age 87 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2005, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was a member of Alcoa First United Methodist Church, was an avid gardener, was a member of several organ guilds and loved to play golf. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald McMillan. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Alice and Gary Hart, Helen and Mike Spears all of Alcoa; grandchildren, Vandy and Rick Wilkins of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, Emily and Jon Bishop of Murfreesboro, TN, Bo and Robin Spears, Susan and Brad Pershing, D. J. Spears all of Alcoa; great grandchildren, Carlton McMillan “Mac” Wilkins, Lane Katherine Wilkins, James Edward Bishop, Harrison Michael Spears, Dodd McMillan “Mac” Spears; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Alcoa First United Methodist Church with Rev. Joe Green and Dr. Jerry Russell officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Sunday at Alcoa First United Methodist Church.
