He is preceeded in death by Father, Franklin W. Abner Sr. And Mother Shirley A. Mitchell And Sister Cheryl A. Hartman.

He is survived by Wife: Barbara M.Abner,

Sisters: Linda F. Young and Charlotte A. Krauss

Children: Robert W. Abner and Stephanie A. Abner as well as several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended friends and family.

His service will be held at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery

January 9th at 2pm

2200 E. Governor John Sevier Hwy.

Knoxville, Tennessee.
