George W. Hooks

George William Hooks age 94, born October 19, 1921 in Knoxville, TN, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation, Maryville. He was of the Baptist faith, was a commercial artist, and retired from AD-Graphics. Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Hooks; parents, George and Jennie Hooks. Survivors include his son, William J. (Bill) Hooks; son and daughter-in-law, Robert D. (Bob) and Esther Hooks all of Maryville; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 28, 2016, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. A private interment will be held.
