Gwendolyn G. Cook

Gwendolyn G. Cook- age 78 of Maryville, departed this life Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert H. And Gladys Nelson Giles. She was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Karlean G. Cook of Knoxville; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Betty Giles of Maryville; nieces and nephews, Donna and David Hammonds, Katie, Mattie, and Ellie Hammonds, Michael and Rosanna Giles, Andrew and Jacob Giles; aunt, Barbara Jean and Ray Steele; uncles, Frazier Nelson and James Roy Nelson Jr.; special friends, Juanita Teffeteller, Wilma Eubanks, Carolyn Reynolds and other special friends at Broadway Towers. Family and friends will meet 12 noon Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Keith Johnson officiating.
