James A. Keeble

August 20, 1923 — January 7, 2011

James A. Keeble, age 87 of Maryville, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Fairpark Wesleyan Church, a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Navy, a retired plumber with over 61 years of service. He was preceded in death by his son, James Steven Keeble; grandson, James Steven Keeble, Jr.; 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years, Opal Keeble; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Lydia Keeble of Maryville; daughters and sons-in-law, Valerie and Britt Evans of Greeneville, TN, Tina and Ron VanDusen of Washburn, TN; daughter, Mary Ann Williams of Maryville; many grand, great-grand and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; special niece, Mary Ann Garner. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wayne Friday officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
