James Willard Jim Willoughby, Jr., age 70 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was retired from Hackney Food Services. Survivors include his son, Jim Willoughby; brother, Sam Willoughby; sister, Amy Willoughby. A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
