John B. Wilburn

Wilburn, John B. Age 86 of Maryville passed away Tuesday December 25th 2012 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member and deacon of Mountain View Baptist Church, he was retired from Alcoa and a member of the 25 year service club and served in the US Army during WWII and was a part of the Battle of the Bulge. He was preceded in death by his wife Wenona Wilburn and son Gary Wilburn. He is survived by his daughter and son in law Lora V and Robert Gibson of Maryville, son and daughter in law Steven D. And Bobbie Wilburn of Louisville. 3 grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harrison Hill officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. The interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
