Johnnie Pittman Brown

Johnnie Pittman Brown - age 70 of Greenback passed away Saturday, April 19, 2008 at her home. She was a lifetime member of Oakland United Methodist Church and was retired from Bell South with 30 years of service. She was preceded in death by her father, H.A. Pittman. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Brown of greenback; daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda and Gordo Watson of Maryville, Elana and Mark Byerley of Greenback; mother, AnnaBelle Pittman of Greenback; grandchildren, Lucy Watson, Brown Watson and Lyndsey Brooks, Kayla and Shane Byerley; great-grandchild, Allie Brooks Watson; sisters, Mary Sue Frank of Greenback, Alva Bowerman of Friendsville, Corine Stone of Knoxville, Loretta Kilpatrick of Greenback, and Betty Reagan of Pigeon Forge; brother, Cecil Pittman of Atlanta; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M. Monday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Steve Yeaney officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in Grandview Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Oakland United Methodist Women or the Oakland United Methodist Men.
