Joy Mae Bluford

Joy Mae Bluford, age 77 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010, at Sweetwater Nursing Center. She worked for over 30 years at Blount Memorial Hospital and was preceded in death by her father, Ben Bluford; mother, Stella Covington; brother, Hoyle Bluford. Survivors include her daughter, Peggy Axley and husband Rick of Sweetwater; granddaughter, Crystal Creditt and husband David; grandson, Jeremy Axley and Lacey Holt; brothers, Bobby and Billy Bluford; sister, Hazel Hyatt; sister-in-law, Mary Bluford; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Della Nuchols.
