Karen Sue Clark Farthing

Karen Sue Clark Farthing, age 59 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Mike Farthing; son, Bill Powers; daughters, Lauren Rierson and husband Reece and their daughter, Hadley, Sarah Ingersoll and husband Matt; parents, Bob and Bobbie Clark; brother, Robert Gregory Clark and wife Laura; nephew, Matthew Clark; niece, Gracie Clark; sister-in-law, Pattie Stubblefield and husband David; brothers-in-law, Randy Farthing and wife Angela and Tim Farthing and wife Colette; mother-in-law, Mildred Farthing. A memorial service will be at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Maryville First United Methodist Church with Rev. Catherine Nance and Rev. Parker Benson officiating. The interment will be in Winchester Cemetery, Winchester, KY. The family will receive friends from 4-6:00 p.m. Saturday at the Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Maryville First United Methodist, 804 Montvale Station Road, Maryville, TN 37803, in memory of Karen Sue Clark Farthing.
