Lillian Crawford Mcqueen

MCQUEEN, Lillian C., died October 13, 2005 at the Transitional Care Center in Maryville of pulmonary fibrosis. She was 90 years old. Born in Maryville, TN, to Mr. and Mrs. Hugh R. Crawford, Sr. in 1915, she attended Maryville schools and graduated from Maryville College in 1937. Mrs. McQueen is survived by her husband, Rev. John C. McQueen, Jr. of Maryville, TN; a daughter, Rochelle McQueen Tillapaugh of Fairfax, VA; sister, Mrs. A. D. Roper of Kingsport, TN; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at New Providence Presbyterian Church, 703 W. Broadway, Maryville, TN on Sunday, October 23, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. with Dr. Emily Anderson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Providence Presbyterian Church, Hurricane Disaster Relief Fund.
