Lillian Proffitt Lyle

Lillian Proffitt Lyle, age 95 of Maryville passed away June 28, 2019 at Asbury Place. She was a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her husband, William (Harry) Lyle; parents, David W. and Lillian Proffitt; brothers, Neil Proffitt, Harwell Proffitt and Jack Proffitt.

She is survived by her sons, David K. Lyle of Moab, UT and Richard H. Lyle of Maryville; grandchildren, Jessica Lyle and Thomas Lyle; several nieces and nephews.

The body was cremated and no services are planned. The family requests memorial donations be made to New Providence Presbyterian Church or Blount Memorial Hospice.
