Margaret Josephine Sawyer

Margaret Josephine Sawyer, age 93 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016, at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation-Fairpark. She was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Maryville where she taught 3 year old preschool for 35 years. She loved to travel and go camping. Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas A. Sawyer and sister, Katherine Best. Survivors include daughter, Kathy Watson; sons, Chris Sawyer, MD and wife Betty, Tim Sawyer and wife Brenda; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
