Mary Louise Morgan

July 22, 1918 — May 15, 2003

MORGAN, Mary Louise, age 84 of Friendsville, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Friendsville Friends Church, was retired from the Blount County School System after having taught 30 years, she was an active member of the Blount Memorial Hospital Auxiliary where she had been a past president and was a member of the Gideon Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Morgan and brother, Lawrence France. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Charles W. “Bill” and Debbie Morgan of Sharps Chapel; grandchildren, Anna Kate, James Andrew, Sarah Kate and Mary Kate Morgan; nephew, Harvey France and wife Carolyn. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Friendsville Friends Church with Pastor Tim Carter and Pastor Scott Knight officiating. The interment will follow in the Friends Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
