JONES, Mattie M. age 76 of Maryville passed away Thursday, December 11, 2003 at Morningview Transitional Care. She was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by husband, Lyle Jones. Survived by: daughters and sons-in-law, Sherry and Gary Yount, Shelia and Jack Covington, and Renee and Ken Jenkins. Son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Sherry Jones. Grandchildren, Scot Yount, Angela Allen, Crystal Parrish, Michele Ayers, Billy Jones, Eric Jones, Lindsay Jenkins, Clay Jenkins, and Kristi Haworth. 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. Sister, Ruby Lee Edwards of Waynesville, NC. Brothers, Louie Mills of Waynesville, NC, Harold Mills of Mississippi, Richard Mills, Jerry Mills, and John Mills of Stanley, NC. Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev. Tom Hatley and Rev. Bill Jones officiating. The interment will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Louisville Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of Morningview Village for their care and support.
