Nancy Alice O'Connor Kirk

Nancy Alice O'Connor Kirk, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. She spent her days watching T.V. with four of her best caregivers, Mary Cash, Doris Hearon, Shirley Irwin, and Betty Livesay. Preceded in death by her husband, James Harrison Kirk; son, Samuel Ernest Kirk; father and mother, Samuel Anderson O'Connor and Carrie Louella Morton O'Connor; brothers, Thomas Ray O'Connor, Samuel Anderson O'Connor Jr., John Houston O'Connor, and Robert Morton O'Connor; sister, Louise O'Connor Cook. Survivors include son, Jim H. Kirk Jr., and wife Ruth Ann; daughter, Beverly Kirk Williams; grandchildren, Summer Guerreno, Ernie Kirk, Alison Williams, Joel Kirk, and Jamie Kirk; great-grandchildren, Jordon Kirk, Gabbie Guerreno, Jay Kirk, Mollie Guerreno, and Cooper Guerreno; sister, Dora Ann Bolander; several nieces and nephews. Nancy was loved by many, including her best girlfriends, Alice Sims and Terry Johnson. Graveside services will be 11:00 am Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Sherwood Memorial Gardens with Dr. Tony Collins and Rev. Jim Wells officiating.
