Patsy Carol Mcculley Gordon

Patsy Carroll McCulley Gordon passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the age of 87 in her hometown of Maryville, Tennessee. Her burial is with her family at the historic Mt. Tabor Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Maryville.

Patsy graduated from Maryville High School in 1953. She attended Maryville College majoring in music and was an accomplished pianist which she shared with family and friends throughout her life. As an expert typist and proofreader, she assisted students and authors in preparing papers and manuscripts. She was employed by the Alcoa School System faithfully serving as Secretary of Alcoa High School for over 20 years.

Patsy is preceded in death by her father, William Homer McCulley, Sr., her mother, Nellie Mae Brown McCulley, her brother, William Homer McCulley, Jr., and sisters, Marjorie McCulley, Mary Frances McCulley Bond, and Ernestine McCulley Peery.

Patsy is survived by her spouse of 13 years, Keith Gordon, her brother J. E. (June) McCulley, sisters, Jane McCulley Rogers and Barbara McCulley Wheeler, nieces and nephews, Mike, Butch, Sistie, Kerma, Debbie, Paul, Robin, Leslie, Emily, Randy and Amy.
