Patsy Mckee Bailey

Patsy McKee Bailey, born April 18th, 1945, passed away at U.T. Hospital on February 10th, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleo, Shag McKee, and Ruth Vinyard Mckee, Daughter Brenda Waters Thatcher and son-in-law Jimmy Thatcher, Brothers Hubert, Danny, and Jerry McKee. Sister Doris McKee McMahan. Survived by daughters Kim Waters Jenkins, Melissa Waters Llewellyn, and Son, Eddie Waters. Sisters and brother-in-law Faye and Raymond Elben, Jo Marie Rasar, Nadine and Larry Payne. Brothers Steve and Susan McKee, and Randy and Sharon McKee. Pat has two granddaughters and four grandsons, six great granddaughters and thirteen great-grandsons. Pat raised two of her grandsons after their parents died of brain cancer. Landry and Jacob Thatcher. Landry married Autumn Thatcher and has two children, Leondaro and Amelia Thatcher. Jacob married Madison Thatcher and they have two children, Damon and Rosalie Thatcher. She took pride in taking care of her great-grandkids. Her greatest and most cherished accomplishment in life was being able to raise her grandchildren and being well and able enough to see her great-grandkids grow up. She will be greatly missed and her dedication to family and her loved ones will live on through the rest of us.


Open Visitation at Mccammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home on Thursday, 2/15/24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The graveside service will be at 2:00 pm at Laurel Bank Church Cemetery following the visitation service. Rev. Charles Bailey will be officiating.
