Pauline Best Garland

Pauline Best Garland went home to Jesus and her loving husband Hoyt on April 9, 2015 at the age of 85. A faithful member of First Christian Church she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Preceded in death by husband Herman Hoyt, father and mother Harvey and Linda Best, brother Leon (Doc) Best. Survived by daughter Vickey Garland, son and daughter-in-law Mike and Minerva Garland of Houston. Grandsons Jaimie Garcia and Sam Cano. Great-grandsons Jaizac, Jaiden, Jaicee Garcia and Noah Cano. Sister and brother-in-law IvaLee and Carl Boring. Sister-in-laws Lola Hall, Katherine Mahan, Eloise Dailey, Ann Swaney, Brother-in-law Jim Edwards. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Paul and Sara Garland, Howard and Corrine Atchley, Ralph and Josephine Painter and many beloved nieces and nephews. Special thanks to friends Bessie and Larry Waid and Lisa and Jimmy Anderson for always being there when we needed them.
