Randy L. Kidd

Randy L. Kidd, age 72 of Maryville, passed away at his home surrounded by his daughters on January 26, 2023. He was a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church. He worked as a deputy before becoming a detective with the Blount County Sheriff’s Department. He was in car sales and management with Twin City Buick, Delmar Haynes and Rice Buick. He was an avid golfer and loved tending to his yard. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.L. and Mattie Kidd; brother, Lynn Kidd.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Mattie (Matt) Johnson; daughter, Leah Woods; grandchildren, Oliver and Quinn Johnson, Audrie, Charlie and Addison Schuster; sister-in-law, Margaret Kidd; nephew, Bryan Kidd.

The family will receive friends from 5:30-7:00 PM, Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Providence Presbyterian Church.
