Stephen Lanier Ray, D.D.S.

Stephen Lanier Ray, D.D.S., of Maryville, TN, passed away on February 18, 2023. Dr. Ray graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis and was a practicing dentist in Maryville for many years until his retirement.

He is survived by his son, Jeffrey M. Ray; grandson, Jacob Ray; sister, Ann Ray Springer; brother, Michael J. Ray; nephew, Lester Clay (Bo) Holman, Jr; niece, Stephanie Ray.

Dr. Ray’s family will receive friends from 6:00-7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. He is being cremated and his ashes will be interred adjacent to the gravesites of his parents, Frank and Lillian Ray at Grandview Cemetery.
