9-29-2002 Olive, A. R. age 78 of Maryville died Sunday September 29th 2002 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. He was retired from ALCOA and was a member of the 25 year service club. He was preceded in death by wife, Faye H. Olive; granddaughter Elizabeth Anne Olive; sister Lois Morrison. Survivors include daughter and son in law, Dorothy and David Smithey, of Friendsville; daughters, Melba Ann Olive of Louisville, Susan L. Olive of Maryville; son and daughter in law, Harold B. and Patricia Olive, of Sheperdstown W. Va.; sister Christine Laudermilk, of Lenoir City; grandchildren David Alan Smithey, of Friendsville, Michael Olive of Miss., Denise Olive of AZ, Scott Olive of W. Va. Funeral services will be at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Robert Brown officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Lynnhurst Cemetery Knoxville for the interment service.
