Anna Rhea Shelton

SHELTON, Anna Rhea, age 72 of Maryville, passed away Monday, July 8, 2002, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Eastside Church of Christ and was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Shelton. Survivors include: son, Rick Shelton of Knoxville; daughters and sons-in-law, Christy and David Carroll of Maryville, Pat and Alan Shropshire of Smyrna, TN; grandchildren, Lauren Ann Carroll, Tiffany Dawn Carroll and Abbi Lea Shropshire; sister and brother-in-law, Della and Albert Glenn of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Charles “Shorty” and Edna Giles of Cincinnati, OH; brother-in-law, Ivan McClanahan of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Herbert Byrd officiating. The interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday in Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
