Annie M. Borden - age 92 of Alcoa passed away Tuesday, June 15,2010 at Maryville Health Care. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Robert Borden; parents, Robert and Vina Rasar Lane; daughter, Bernice Brackett; brothers, Forrest, Harry, Roy, and Earl Lane; sisters, Bertha, and Berdie. Survivors include her children, George Franklin Borden and wife Shirley, Marie Hayes, Mildred Hale, Bette Harris, Richard Borden and wife Ruth; sisters, Jessie Cline, and Osie Lane; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 10:30 A.M. Thursday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for a graveside service with Rev. Joe Green officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 :30 Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, 982-6812.
