Ben departed this life on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. Ben was a licensed civil engineer and avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben Kron, Sr. and Johnnie Vaunita Kron; brother and wife, Charles Dennis Kron and Carol Hearon Kron.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two brothers, Paul Michael Kron and wife, Lynn and Richard Eugene Kron, Sr. and wife, Shirley; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Centenary Cemetery for a graveside service.
Many thanks to BMH Hospice Staff and all the medical staff who over the years helped him live much longer and better than estimated. Also, thanks to family and friends, especially Dylan and Mikah Hawkins for their work and support in his last days.
