Betty J. Brown

Betty J. Brown, age 74, passed away early Saturday April 16, 2016. She was a faithful member of Zion's Chapel Baptist Church, and was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, and Grandmom. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman L. Brown, her parents Ed & Edith Lequire, and by her sister Peggy Watkins. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Hollie & David Boring, and by her son and daughter-in-law Mike & Pam Brown, son Kevin Brown, all of Maryville; son and daughter-in-law Jody & Christina Brown of Midland, Texas. She also leaves 7 grandsons: Brad and wife Brooklyn Brown, Andrew Brown, Tyler Brown, Ian and wife Emily Brown, Connor Brown, Devin Campbell, Cade Brown & a granddaughter Taylor Campbell, and great-grandchildren Gage and Aubrey Brown, sister Janet Tipton and brother Thomas Lequire , lifelong friend Faye Dunlap, and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday April 19 from 5:30 PM until 7:00PM at McCammon Ammons Click Funeral Home, with the funeral to follow at 7:00, Rev. Clarence Byrd and Rev. Jim Malone officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your church or to The Gideon's International. Friends and family will meet Wednesday April 20 at 11:00AM at Sherwood Memorial Gardens Mausoleum for the entombment service.
