Betty Jo "Kidd" Rhyne

Betty Jo “Kidd” Rhyne age 94 of Maryville, passed away at home Thursday, June 26, 2025. She lived a long and joy-filled life with the love of spending time in the garden and cooking for everyone around her. Much of her life was dedicated to being a wonderful wife and selfless mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband W. D. Rhyne, son Mitch Rhyne; parents Bertha Kidd, brothers, Clyde, Tom, and Jack Kidd; sisters, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. She is survived by her son, Mark Rhyne and wife Lisa; granddaughters, Megan Rhyne, Chasity Horta and husband Max; great grandchildren Sophia and Liam Horta; several nieces, nephews and a loving community of friends and family.

The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for taking great care of her.

Friends are welcome to sign the guest register from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 29th and Monday, June 30th at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather at 11:00 AM. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Williamson Chapel Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Greg McDonnell officiating.
