Betty Jo Smith

Betty Jo Smith, age 87 of Maryville, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015, at Kindred Healthcare. She was a member of First Christian Church and attended First Baptist Church of Maryville. Preceded in death by her husband, Billy Boyd "Smitty" Smith; parents, Arthur Justin and Carrie Ethel Smelcer. Survivors include her daughters, Pamela Gerhart and husband Donald of Columbia, TN, Gail Holloway and husband Dan of Maryville; granddaughters, Mandy Gerhart Roe and husband Kevin, Lindsay Holloway; great grandchildren, Andrew Roe and Caroline Roe. Family and friends will meet 10:00 am Tuesday at Clarks Grove Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Kevin Roe officiating.
