Billy Boyd Smith

10-19-2002 Billy Boyd “Smitty” Smith - age 75 of Maryville passed away Friday, October 18, 2002 at Baptist Hospital. He was an employee of Weigles for 38 years, and was a veteran of WWII and Korea serving in the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his wife, Betty Jo Smelcer Smith, of Maryville; daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Dan Holloway, of Maryville, Pam and Don Gerhart, of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Lindsay Holloway, of Maryville, and Amanda Gerhart, of Columbia, TN; sisters, Evelyn Potter, Eunice Pinyan, both of Maryville; brother-in-law, Raymond Potter, of Maryville. Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Monday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Mantooth officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:00 A.M. Tuesday at Clarks Grove Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends Monday from 5 to 7 P.M. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville 982-6812
