Billy Moore Cooper, age 86, of Maryville, TN, passed away September 25, 2022, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a kind, loving, generous man who helped everyone.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Cooper; son, Billy J. Cooper; daughters, Kay Proffitt and Victoria Cook; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, September 30th, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with Pastor Carson Scarbrough officiating.
