Survivors include her children, Shaylie Ortiz, Mason Ortiz, and Treython Chisenhall; husband, Jason Chisenhall; parents, Kent and Robin McCarter; sister, Tiffany Carter and her husband Justin; grandparents, Harry McCarter, Scotty Ridge, and Julia Doty; niece, Kentlyn Carter; nephew, Conner Carter; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, December 14, 2019, at The Headrick Chapel,4317 Wears Valley Rd, Sevierville, TN 37862.
