Cam J. Thompson

9-2-2002 Cam J. Thompson - age 87 of Maryville passed away Monday, September 2, 2002 at Maryville Health Care Center. He was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church, served in the Army Air Corp, retired from the U.S. Postal Service, and was a Mason. Survivors include his wife, Beatrice T. Thompson; son and daughter-in-law, John C. and Janie Thompson, of Nashville; daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Van Nicholas, of Oxford, MS.; grandchildren, Mark and Christine Thompson, Rose Badgett, and Jason Nicholas; great- grandchildren, Alexander Thompson, Jennifer Christine Thompson, Jill Marie Thompson; brothers, R.A. Thompson, of Vista, CA. And Clarence Thompson, of Michigan; sister-in-law, Mary Thompson, of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sterling Turner officiating. The interment will follow in Carpenters Cemetery.
