Carl Gardner Rule, age 76 of Maryville, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012, at Blount Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ladd Rule; daughters, Carla Russell, Tina Harmon and husband Tim; sons, Stacey Rule, Ricky Rule and wife Connie; grandchildren, Brian Harmon, Damon Harmon, Nicklus Russell, David Rule and Anna Rule; sisters, Barbara Kestner, Claudia Hicks; several nieces and nephews.
