Carol Cox Richardson, age 73 of Maryville passed away Monday, October 28, 2024. Carol was born in Blount County in 1950 to Kenneth and Evelyn Cox. Carol graduated from Maryville High School and University of Tennessee. Carol and Jack married in 1992. She was County Director of Human Services for 13 years.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Richardson.
