Carrie Mae Petty Brown

BROWN, Carrie Mae Petty, age 88 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2005, at Colonial Hills Nursing Home. She was a member of Everett Hills Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Brown, Sr.; daughters, Dorothy Berrong, Phyllis Jones; grandson, Eddie Berrong; parents, Richard and Dora Coffman Petty; sisters, Lucille Moore and Thelma Bacon; brothers, Bruce Petty and Claude Petty. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Wanda and George Clark, Linda and Larry Ellis all of Maryville; sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur and Ann Brown of Powell, James and Barbara Brown of Marietta, GA.; 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Franklin and Rev. Ted Witchen officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service.
