Charlotte M. Moffett age 75 of Friendsville, A Wonderful mother and grandmother, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2009 at the family home. Preceded in death by her husband, Jack Moffett; parents Edward and Rachael O’Neal; brother, Charles O’Neal. Survivors include: daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Jim Gregory, Vicki and Kevin Fuller, Jill and Jeff Monday; grandchildren, Cody Monday, Hope Ledger, Travis Monday, and Alec Fuller; sisters Odessia Phillips, Elizabeth I. Owens, Della Waters, Juanita MaGuire, and Ruby L. Taylor; brother, Neal O’Neal; several special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Family and friends will meet 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery for a graveside service with Clayton O’Neal officiating.
