Clell Archie Shuler

Clell Archie Shuler, age 75 of Townsend, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2015, at the family home. He was a member of Tuckaleechee Primitive Baptist Church, Coker Hill Chapel. Preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Georgia Lane Shuler; sister, Nellie Burchfield; brother, Henry Tolbert Shuler. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Betty Ruth Shuler; daughter Clellena Bryant and husband Ike; grandchildren, Jacob Bryant, Adamae Bryant, and Jeremy Nix; great grandchildren, Shala and J.J. Nix; brothers, Tommy Shuler and wife Gail, Larry Shuler and wife Carol, Clyde Ray Shuler and wife Bernice, Steve Shuler; sisters, Linda Muland and husband Jeff, Joann Kirkpatrick and husband Glenn, Karen Myers and husband Bill; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Tuckaleechee Primitive Baptist Church, Coker Hill Chapel for a graveside service with Rev. Jimmy Cooper officiating.
