Dana Diane Haislip

Dana Diane Haislip, age 45 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016, at home. She attended Everett Hills Baptist Church, was a graduate of U. T. and worked for Covenant Health. She was preceded in death by her mother, Roma McCammon and grandfather, Wallace Cable. Survivors include her son, Conner Haislip; father, Steve McCammon; sister, Patricia Bookout; brother, Daniel Simerly and wife Thea; grandmother, Juanita Cable; nieces and nephews, Whitney Bookout, Jordan Bookout, Derek Bookout and Dawson Simerly; aunt, Mitzi McCammon; special friends, Joy Fettig, Debbie Bogle and Julie Hill. Special thanks to co-workers at Covenant Health. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Hayes officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Eusebia Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
