Donald Hitson

HITSON, Donald, age 68 of Alcoa, passed away Monday, January 29, 2007, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a veteran of the U. S. Marines, having served two tours of duty in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his father, Isaac Hitson; mother, Rena Hitson; brothers, Kenneth, Gene, Jack and Mickey Hitson. Survivors include his brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Zelda Hitson; several nieces and nephews; several great nieces and great nephews; special niece, Lea Ann McCall; special nephew, Mark Hitson; sisters-in-law, Louise Hitson and Marie Hitson; many special friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Dyar officiating. The interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Old Piney Cemetery with Military Honors.
