Dr. Bruce Quinton Green

BRUCE QUINTON GREEN, M.D., age 66, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2001, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Knoxville after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church and was a retired psychiatrist from Cherokee Health Services. Dr. Green was predeceased by his parents, Leila Rorex Green and Jack Q. Green. He was a fifth generation descendant of Isaac Anderson, founder of Maryville College. Survivors include his beloved wife of forty years, Betti, his daughters, Teresa Green and Raechel Mason, and son-in-law, Dan Mason. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2001, at 11:00 a.m. at New Providence Presbyterian Church in Maryville. All friends and patients of Dr. Green’s are invited to attend.
