Earl Robert Moffett

Earl Robert Moffett, age 78 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Greenback Memorial Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Pearl Moore Moffett; brothers, Roy, W. J., Jack, Lynton, Ray, Charles and Bill; sister, Lucille Willocks. Survivors include his wife, Miriam Moffett; sons, Lynton Moffett and wife Joy, Scott Moffett; stepdaughter, Karen Sullivan and husband William; grandchildren, Kyle Moffett, Cody Moffett, Cameron Moffett and Ryan Moffett; 6 great grandchildren; step grandchildren, Rachel Miles and husband Alex, Danny Allen, Shane Breedlove and wife Laura, Travis Breedlove and wife Maryjo; sister, Linda McKee; brother and sister-in-law, Glenn and Lorraine Moffett; numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Salem Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Tony Brock officiating.
