Edith M. Carroll

Edith M. Carroll, age 92 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Clifford E. Carroll, Jr. and parents, Riley and Emma Roberson Hampton. Survivors include her sons, Richard Carroll and wife Gayle of Maryville, Don Carroll of Louisville, Bob Carroll and wife Valorie and Eddie Carroll all of Maryville; grandchildren, Cindy Brooks, Allison, Joey, Andy, Scott and Trent Carroll and Chuck Garner; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Edna Foust and husband Ira of Maryville. Friends may call at their convenience at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home until 10:00 a.m. Saturday. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at East Maryville Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Keith Johnson officiating. Family and friends may also call at the family home from 2-5:00 p.m. Saturday.
